Sabah Building material division was established in 2004 and in a short span of time has managed to find a strong customer base among major construction companies in the UAE. Sabah Building Material Division supplies MEP products and mainly concentrates on the supply of all internal and external hot and cold water supply pipes like PEX pipes, PP-R pipes, Angle valves and Overhead water tank cooling systems and Noise absorbing drainage pipes.

PEX Pipes

The PEX pipes are made of cross-linked polyethylene and because of their unique resistance to chemical corrosion, PEX pipes are an ideal solution for water supply systems where the soil is corrosive.

PEX pipes are also an excellent choice for a wide range of industrial applications such as drainage pipe systems and slurry pipeline due to its excellent abrasion resistance and chemical resistance. Conventional pipes would be inadequate in such conditions due to the abrasiveness of conveyed slurries or because of vulnerability to chemical attack of solutions and acids.

They are absolutely rust-proof both inside and outside of the pipes. PEX pipes which are lightweight can be either laid on the floor or from ceilings. These pipes are through conduits and can be replaced without changing a tile thus ensuring they can be replaced if necessary with minimal fuss and these pipes are guaranteed for 30 years against any manufacturing defects.

Sabah Building Material division supplies these pipes to major contractors of swimming pools, shopping malls, property developers and these PEX pipes are imported from reputed manufacturers in France, Italy, Taiwan and India.

PP-R Pipes and Valves
Sabah Building Material division had a variety of valves for both household and industrial applications as well as PP-R pipes.

These green colored pipes, from Germany are characterized by excellent properties such as elasticity, rigidity, tightness, compression strength and a special resistance to high temperatures. The pipes can be laid on the wall or on the floor. The pipes are joined by cutting and welding. The pipes are guaranteed for 10 years against any manufacturing defects.

Water Cooler
Sabah Build Material Division also has selected models of overhead water cooling systems. These coolers are ideal for controlling the temperature of water in the overhead water tanks on top of residential and commercial buildings, hotels and private villa’s.

Drainage Pipes
These drainage pipes, from Poland are capable of reducing the noise level considerably by a three layer of the pipe wall and a specially designed acoustic clamp. Designed and made form special material these pipes are guaranteed for 5 years against any manufacturing defects.
